Nottingham Trent University works with businesses to provide expertise in the introduction of Quality Procedures for geotechnical input to highway schemes. The team was involved in the preparation of the CIRIA report on the Bioengineering (use of vegetation to stabilise slopes) trials on the M20, a project to carry out shear and pull out testing on root reinforced soil.
