Psychometric Testing
University of Leicester
The School of Psychology at the University of Leicester runs professional courses that provide training in occupational assessment using psychometric testing leading to the fulfilment of requirements for the BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A and Level B). The courses are designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to choose, administer, score, interpret and feedback on a range of ability, aptitude and personality questionnaires. The University of Leicester also offers a psychometric testing service for organisations (including administering tests, and providing feedback).
The School also works with organisations to help them identify and tackle the problem of work-related stress (including the use and interpretation of the HSE Management Standards).
