The International Centre for Business Performance and Lean Leadership was created within Nottingham Business School as multidisciplinary unit focussed on improving organisational performance.
The aims of the Centre are to:
- identify the scope and means for organisational performance assessment and improvement;
- identify, disseminate and apply best practices from the public and private sectors;
- innovate and develop new approaches in the field of organisational performance assessment and improvement;
- assist organisations to manage the implementation of such performance improvements.
The work of the Centre aims to be of relevance to business, public service and community organisations of all types, working locally, regionally and nationally.
